Chinese Democracy Finished?

As 2008 rolls along we are hearing rumors that reclusive gnr vocalist Axl Rose has finished the long LONG awaited epic record 'Chinese Democracy' and has turned it into Geffen Records. However, apparently another long delay may ensue as apparently record execs and Axl cannot agree upon on how to market the record. Ughhh... I guess this is the album that Axl will be taking all the way to his grave.
